Ian Roberts is the Executive Director and President of the Camp Ho Mita Koda Foundation, the world’s oldest summer camp for children with Type 1 Diabetes. He has spent his career in the camping and non-profit world and his expertise lies in focusing on operating efficiency, strategically accelerating change to business processes and system integration, and building a culture of integration, engagement and collaboration.
An active member of the American Camp Association since 2001, Ian currently serves as a Lead Visitor and the Communications Chair with the ACA Ohio Local Council of Leaders. Ian is the co-author of ‘Connection Without Contact: Techniques for Creating Social Connection While Maintaining Physical Distance’ which will be released in the ACA bookstore in Spring 2021.

Niambi has worked with individual executives, teams, and organizations from around the world. She enjoys traveling, inspiring creativity, innovative thinking in others, and uncovering solutions to challenges that beseech the human spirit.

David Panzirer is a grandson of Leona Helmsley. Prior to becoming a trustee, David was vice president of leasing at RFR Realty, LLC, where he worked for over 10 years specializing in commercial real estate. Before RFR Realty, David spent over five years as a project manager and then director of operations at several Helmsley entities.

Ben Stang, MPA
Ben Stang is an Associate Program Officer for the Helmsley Charitable Trust’s Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Program. In this role, he focuses on the healthcare models portfolio of grants, which seeks to improve clinical care delivery and outcomes for people living with T1D. Ben holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, and a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.
